Term and Conditions

This is in many instances a very subjective view, however when trying to convey this important criteria certain words and phrases come to mind many of which can be highly misleading, there is no such thing as "Mint" tractor as far as we are concerned. The following grading system may therefore be helpful when viewing our items for sale.

• NEW means just that - ex factory without flaws and serviceable
• Grade 1 In most respects As NEW, there may be some minor flaws the item will be serviceable and retain most or all original finish.
• Grade 2 Used but clean and straight, serviceable and collectable condition.
• Grade 3 Well used some corrosion or distress, marks or other flaws, serviceable.
• Grade 4 Broken, heavily corroded, may not be serviceable
• Restored Re-painted, welded Etc, quality of restoration classified as :
  • Grade A Essentially Indistinguishable from New
  • Grade B Well restored, serviceable.
  • Grade C Will require further work
